About our job boards

We run focused boards for two overlapping realities: teams hiring across borders and time zones, and builders who ship with modern tooling—including AI-assisted workflows. Same standards of clarity; different emphasis per board.

What we believe

A strong match starts before the interview: honest scope (location, overlap, contract style), a readable description, and an apply path that respects everyone’s time. We bias toward signal over noise—fewer vague “remote worldwide” posts, fewer spray-and-pray applications.

Two boards, one approach

  • Border Free Jobs (Global Remote Hub) highlights region, timezone overlap, and remote/hybrid context so candidates can self-filter—and employers waste less time on mismatches.
  • AI Jobs Hub (AI Operator Hub) highlights how teams build today, including AI-native tooling, so operators and builders can find roles that fit how they actually work.

Both boards share the same infrastructure, pricing surfaces, and commitment to fair, transparent listings.

For employers

Listings go through checks that protect candidates and the network. We care about authenticity (who is hiring), relevance (what the role is), and a smooth path from discovery to application.

For candidates

You should be able to scan a posting and answer: where, when, what, and how to apply—without decoding buzzwords. When you upgrade, you support a directory built for serious search, not endless scrolling alone.
