Who we are

We operate specialized job boards and related employer tools. Depending on which board you use, branding and emphasis differ, but core account, billing, and safety systems may be shared.

What we collect

  • Account data: email, authentication identifiers, role (candidate vs employer), and profile fields you choose to add (for example name, company, links, CV or portfolio URLs).
  • Listing and application data: job content you submit, edits, application events, and messages needed to operate the marketplace.
  • Technical data: device/browser type, IP address, timestamps, cookies or similar storage for sessions, fraud prevention, and product diagnostics.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processor (for example Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Why we use information

  • To create and secure your account, and to personalize the board you are using.
  • To publish listings, route applications, and show relevant search results.
  • To process subscriptions and employer purchases, including receipts and tax documentation where required.
  • To detect abuse, spam, and fraud; to enforce our terms; and to protect users.
  • To improve reliability and performance (for example error logs and aggregate usage).
  • To communicate service updates, security notices, and (where allowed) product education you can opt out of.

If local law requires a “legal basis,” we rely on contract performance (providing the service you asked for), legitimate interests (security, integrity, and product improvement balanced against your rights), consent where we request it explicitly, and legal obligations where we must retain or disclose information.

Sharing

We share information with:

  • Infrastructure providers (for example database and hosting) needed to run the service.
  • Payment processors to complete transactions you initiate.
  • Email and communications providers to send transactional messages.
  • Professional advisers where required (for example auditors or counsel under confidentiality).
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect safety.

We do not sell your personal information as a commodity. If we use ads or analytics partners in the future, we will update this page and choices where required.

Retention

We keep information as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. Some logs may be retained in shorter rolling windows.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain processing, and to object to some uses. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, use in-product controls where available or contact support from a verified account email.

International transfers

We may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as features evolve. Material changes will be highlighted in-product or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
