The service

We provide online job listings, search, employer tools, and related workflows. Features may differ by board (for example AI Jobs Hub vs Border Free Jobs). We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity under your credentials—protect passwords and enable MFA where offered.
• Employers must represent a genuine hiring entity authorized to post the roles you submit.

Listings and content

• You grant us a license to host, display, distribute, and promote content you submit, solely to operate the service.
• Listings must be lawful, non-deceptive, and respectful. No discrimination where prohibited by law; no malware; no phishing.
• We may reject, edit, or remove listings that risk user safety, quality, or legal exposure, including after publication.

Applications and conduct

Candidates must apply in good faith. Employers must handle applications consistently with applicable law and their own stated process. Harassment, spam, scraping that degrades the service, or attempts to bypass billing may result in suspension.

Fees, taxes, and renewals

Paid plans and job posts are billed as described at checkout. Prices may change for new purchases; existing subscriptions follow the terms shown at purchase unless we notify you otherwise as required by law. Taxes may be added where applicable.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased and whether delivery has started. Chargebacks without first contacting support may lead to account review. Payment disputes with processors are subject to their rules as well.

Intellectual property

The site design, trademarks, and software are ours or our licensors’. You may not copy our product to compete directly with the service using our own materials or confidential information obtained through the service.

Disclaimers

We provide the service “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee hires, applicant volume, or uninterrupted uptime. Third-party links and employer sites are not under our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your listings, your hiring practices, or your misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory local law says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate in your order flow or account settings, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, unless you have a non-waivable right to sue elsewhere.
